We are thrilled to have successfully started our first spring season at The Vines Resort & Spa with two weeks in a row of a full house with guests from all over the world, including the United States, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Chile and Mexico.
The rooms are filling up, the wine from our award-winning 450+ wine list is flowing, and guests are enjoying the view of the vineyard and Andes – particularly during this special time when buds are breaking on the vine and new vines are planted.
While on our ‘Patio del Fuegos,’ many guests are watching the creation of our many great beef dishes, and we also have new pasta items that are proving a great temptation. These delectable additions include beet risotto and grilled potato gnocchi with anchovies and black olives – some have declared it the best pasta they have had in their life!
Now that the weather is warming up, our adventures in the Andes are resuming too, with gauchos and local tour guides leading guests into the mountains for trekking and catching the sunrise from Manzano Historico on horseback.
