Prior to The Vines, she worked at Chateau La Violette in Pomerol, Bordeaux, France, and has also been Sommelier in La Bourgogne in Punta Del Este, Uruguay.
Question 1: What is your best ‘Recuerdo’ at The Vines?
If I had to choose just one, there was one beautiful night that I was at the cabins talking with clients and coworkers. We were surrounding a bonfire while enjoying the first wines we had bottled. It seemed like there was a blanket of stars above us to celebrate with us. Beautiful memories that feed the soul!
Question 2: What is the best way to spend a day at the vineyard?
I love to taste wines from barrels! To discover their different personalities and to choose one to savor during our incomparably gorgeous sunsets in the Uco Valley.
