TASTING NOTES: Violet colour with purple hues. Floral notes, fruit cake, and red fruit compote on the nose. Massive dark fruit and plum with chocolate and coffee in the mouth. Soft, round tannins with a velvety, long finish. This is a lush, full-bodied red wine, complex on both the nose and the palate.
Region: Mendoza - Valle de Uco - Tunuyán
Grapes: 61% Malbec, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Syrah

Food Pairing: Corn tortillas stuffed with gruyere and chicharron (a central american pork filling) topped with plum and pear salsa

TASTING NOTES: Deep, dark burgundy colour. On the nicely complex nose and palate, intense plum, cherry, cola, mocha and spicy notes are detected. This wine has well-integrated tannins and a long finish.
