What is the best way to get in touch with someone about my Wine Club Membership?

What wines will be included in the club shipments?
Four times a year we send up to 6 bottles of wines from small, boutique wineries in Argentina directly to your home. We work only with small wineries whose wines are hard or impossible to find in the States. We focus on signature varietals of Argentina like the Malbec and Torrontes. We will also send you other varietals including Cabernet Sauvignons, Merlots, Syrahs and a variety of whites.
What does it cost to join? What benefits do members receive?
The Acequia Wine Club cost on average $145 per shipment (shipping is included) and the Acequia Reserva Club cost on average $245 per shipment (shipping is included). The Reserva Club ranges between 4-6 bottles depending on the cost of the wine. There is no membership fee and you may cancel any time you wish. Your credit card is charged prior to each shipment and you will be notified by email of impending shipments. Besides wine club shipments, members are entitled to free shipping on re-orders of club shipment wines, complimentary wine flights at the Vines of Mendoza Tasting Room, with detailed information on the wines and ongoing education on Argentine wine-growing regions, winemaking practices, and varietal differences
Where do you ship?
Acequia Wine Club memberships are currently open to all residents of the United States and Europe, however we are only able to shio to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, ID, IL, LA, MA, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, TX, WI, WY. Eropean residents must email us directly at customerservice(at)acequiawineclub.com to sign up as our online application currently does not accept non-US applications. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. What if my credit card is not approved for a shipment? We will call you to request updated credit card information so that we can process the shipment you missed. With an approved credit card you will then receive your follow-up wine shipment.

How do I give an Acequia Wine Club membership as a gift?
It's as simple as filling out a Wine Club signup form with your information in the mailing and credit card fields and the gift recipient's information in the shipping fields. The automatic shipments will be billed to your credit card. You can designate a gift to be either ongoing or to continue until the number of gift shipments you indicate have been sent.
How do I change my membership information (address, phone, credit card, etc.)?
Contact us via email or at (877) 638-8502, or login to your account. Please notify us promptly of any address or credit card changes so that you can receive your wines with minimum inconvenience.
What if I'm not home when they try to deliver my shipment?
The delivery agent will either make two more attempts or will leave notice that a delivery was attempted and ask you to make re-delivery arrangements. We strongly recommend using a business address for your shipments since wine shipments require the signature of a person over 21. If this is an issue for you, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
What if my shipment could not be delivered and was "returned to sender"?
Contact us via email customerservice(at)acequiawineclub.com or at (877) 638-8502 and re-shipment arrangements can be made -- or we will contact you to make new arrangements.
How do I cancel or suspend my membership? How can I rejoin?
Contact us via email customerservice@acequiawineclub.com, fax (707) 261-9170, or phone (877) 638-8502 to cancel, suspend or reinstate your membership. If you plan to be away for an extended period, we can arrange to hold your wine, ship your wine to an alternate address or storage facility, or suspend your membership during your absence. You may cancel at any time. Members are responsible for notifying us of their intent to cancel. We confirm all cancellations in writing or by telephone to ensure that your membership is closed. Upon canceling, there will be no further obligation except for wine shipped prior to receipt of the member's request to cancel. Rejoining is easy. Just call us and we'll update your records.
