Question 1: What wine would you drink for the rest of your life?
Personally, I'm a big fan of the Torrontés. The reds get all the attention but our Recuerdo Torrontes sky blue-labeled beauty deserves some love.
Question 2: What’s the best way to spend a day at the finca?
The best way to spend the day is to spend the night. Under the stars, without a hint of light pollution, there's nothing better than a campfire, roasting marshmallows after an asado with a traditional Fernet and Coke.
