Diego Irrera

Diego Irrera is Chef at The Vines Resort & Spa's Siete Fuegos restaurant. Having worked as Francis Mallmann's head chef at 1884 for 8 years before The Vines, he is considered one of Mendoza's top chefs. A Mendoza native, Diego has been a cook since 2001, and fondly recalls developing a love for food and cooking with his grandmother's recipes while preparing asados and enjoying them with family. His cooking philosophy is to take simple, fresh ingredients and manipulate them into magnificent results.
